Property: Aluminium Fluoride is white needle crystal or powder, insoluble in most organic and inorganic liquids at room temperature. It is slightly soluble in water (0.56 g/100 ml) and greatly soluble in HF liquid, its chemical property is very steady.
Applications:It is mainly used to adjust the molecular ratio in aluminium electrobath, lower the smelting point of media, increasing the conductivity of electrolyte and reducing the electric power consumption. It is also used as the inhibitor in alcoholic fermentation, the flux of vitreous enamel around the ceramics and the flux of the non-iron metal etc.
Packing: 25kgs or 50kgs PP bags, multiply paper bags, 900kgs-1500kgs jumbo bags or according to the requirements of customers.
Specification 1: Anhydrous Aluminium Fluoride
It is propitious to the aluminum oxide electrolyte and can reduce the energy consumption during aluminium smelting. The anhydrous AlF3 produced by us is using 99.99% HF which has the advantages such as high purity, low moisture and high bulk density. It can reduce environmental pollution, energy consumption and waste emission during aluminium smelting. Anhydrous AlF3 is the upgraded product of fluoride for primary aluminium industry.
